Project Overview:

Real-time adjustment of valve opening and monitoring of return water temperature effectively solves the problems of hydraulic imbalance and uneven temperature, eliminating complaints from residents due to excessively high or low temperatures. For isolated households, the system can automatically adjust the heating temperature of surrounding households to ensure the comfort of isolated households, while avoiding energy waste and improving overall operating efficiency.

The intelligent tuning of the 2nd network is mainly carried out from two aspects:

  • Install temperature and humidity sensor indoors;

Energy Efficient:

  • Operation index optimization:The heat energy saving rate is 19%, the average daily heat consumption is reduced by 39GJ, and the average daily heat purchase cost can be reduced by $165.75.
  • Economic benefits in the heating season:According to the 120-day cycle: the total heat saving is 4680 GJ, the total heat purchase cost is reduced by $19887, and the unit area operation cost is reduced by $0.26/m².
  • Heating quality improved:The average indoor temperature is increased by 0.9℃, and the average household temperature is 21.9℃→22.8℃.
  • Horizontal comparison with other heat exchange stations of the same scale:Compared with the other transformed exchange station of the same scale,the heat consumption of ours is 0.05GJ/㎡ (0.25→0.20GJ/㎡)lower,and the water consumption is 0.009t/㎡ lower.
  • Ecological benefits:The energy saving per heating season is equivalent to saving 159.59 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 514.80 tons.
