Project overview
The case city currently has 468 heat exchange stations and 700 heat exchange systems. The total heating area of the laid heating pipeline network is about 44 million square meters, and the initial users are about 400,000 households; the actual heating area is about 22 million square meters, and the current number of heating households is about 196,000 households. The overall annual heating fee is about $41,255,700.
Energy-saving Technology:
The 1st network and 2nd network are automatically balanced throughout the heating season,and the heat energy of the heat exchange station that previously supplied too much heat is allocated to the heat exchange station that does not supply enough heat, solving the problem of insufficient heat supply without increasing the heat supply and reducing complaints.
The room temperature of all heating users is uniformly maintained at 21℃ (±1 ℃), eliminating problems such as uneven cold and heat, temperature difference between north and south, and single households.
Energy Efficient:
By building a smart heating platform system and integrating the existing two systems, the first phase has completed the seamless access of the control systems of the existing 340 heat exchange stations and 343 heat exchange systems, realizing unified remote control and realizing user-demand-oriented intelligent linkage control functions of the entire source, network, and station system.
